Kosnomos does not sell client data, mine it for advertising, or approach your clients. Our staff access an instance only to resolve a reported problem or keep the service running.

- Kosnomos staff access an instance only to resolve a problem you have reported or to keep the service running. We do not sell or mine client data.
- What happens to data when a client leaves?
- Export the data the client needs before removing the instance. After the instance is removed, Kosnomos deletes its data from our systems.
