Every size includes full client isolation, daily backups kept 30 days, patching, the client's own domain, client portal, monitoring, and support. Add-ons are the only additional charges. You can add or remove them per client at any time, and they are not enabled unless you select them.

Common questions about pricing
- What exactly is an instance?
- An instance is one client app running on its own virtual machine at one monthly price. A client using three apps has three instances, each managed and backed up separately.
- How does the bill work across multiple clients?
- Your bill is the sum of the instance sizes your clients use, minus the volume discount. 10 clients on Medium is 10 × $179 = $1,790, minus 10% at 10 to 24 clients, for a total of $1,611/month. There is no minimum, platform fee, or additional per-client management charge.
- Do you offer volume or partner pricing?
- Yes. Every instance is discounted by 10% from 10 clients, 15% from 25, and 20% from 50. Published volume pricing applies automatically, with no application or minimum commitment.
- What is included with each size?
- Each size lists its vCPU, RAM, and storage. The price also includes patching, daily backups, monitoring, certificate renewals, a client portal, and support.
- What does the first client cost me?
- $49 a month on Small. It is a full instance with the same isolation, backups, patching, monitoring, client portal, and support as every other size. It does not expire and is not a reduced-feature tier.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. Pricing is based on the size of the instance running the client’s software. Adding users does not change the price unless the workload requires a larger instance.
- Does the client portal cost extra?
- No. Every instance includes a client portal under your brand at the client’s domain, with no limit on client portal users. The partner portal for all your clients is also included, with no platform fee.
- What costs extra?
- Only optional per-instance add-ons cost extra: Global delivery ($50/month per instance, including 50 TB of traffic), Extra storage ($10 per 100 GB per month), Staging copy ($20/month per instance), IPv4 address ($20/month per instance), Compliance retention ($15/month per instance for 90 days, $40/month for 365) and Second-region copy ($40/month per instance). If you do not select an add-on, the instance size is the full price.
- Is there a limit on traffic?
- Every instance includes 1 TB of traffic per month. For public applications or workloads that transfer large files, global delivery costs $50/month per instance and includes 50 TB, with delivery optimized for users farther from the machine.
- Can I change a client’s size later?
- Yes. You can move any client up or down a size from the partner portal at any time. Changing size does not require a separate migration project.
- What if a client outgrows the biggest size?
- Contact us. If a client needs more capacity than Large, our team will help determine an appropriate configuration.
- What does support cost?
- Support from our team by the next business day is included at every size. Partner SLA costs $499 a month for up to 10 active instances, then $25 a month for each additional instance. It adds a four-business-hour initial response, shared channel, and named contact. After-hours coverage is scoped and priced separately.
