Create the client company and choose the open-source software they need from the marketplace.

Pick a size
Choose Small, Medium, or Large based on vCPU, RAM, and storage, from $49/month. You can move the app to another size later.

We run the instance
The machine is live in about ten minutes under your brand at the client’s domain. It appears with all your clients in the partner portal and by itself in the client portal. We manage the infrastructure from then on.

Every machine includes isolation, backups, updates, monitoring, the client’s own domain, and support from our team. Larger sizes add capacity, not features.
Pricing starts at $49/month per app, based on machine size, with no per-seat fees. Optional add-ons include global delivery, extra storage, a staging copy, an IPv4 address, longer backup retention, and a second-region copy. Support from our team is included at every size.

- What do my clients see?
- Each client sees a portal under your brand at their own domain, showing only the apps you run for them. It does not show other clients, your fleet, your costs, or Kosnomos. Your team uses the partner portal to manage the full fleet.
- How are clients kept apart?
- Each client app runs on its own virtual machine, with a separate application, database, storage, domain, and backups. Client data is not stored in shared database tables.
- What does my team still have to manage?
- Your team manages the client relationship and configures the software. Kosnomos manages setup, updates, security fixes, daily backups, certificates, monitoring, and out-of-hours incidents for the hosted instances.
- How many clients can I run?
- The pricing model has no fixed client limit. Each app runs on one machine priced by size, and you add each new client through the same process.
